Beef & Veal

Our beef and veal are raised in collaboration with my family's generational dairy farm.  At this farm our beef cows are fed a diet of high forages. 

Our veal calves are raised humanely and in groups where they can frolic and play. They are feed a diet of milk, forage and minimal grains.  You will notice a rose coloring to our veal indicating the great life we provide them instead of the pale coloring of tethered veal.
