You choose your cuts, your sausage varieties, smoked or not-smoked - its your pig! Our processors offer nitrate free smoking. We will assist your to fill out the cut sheet. We raise our pigs on pasture, feed only high quality, local grains and we deliver to our processor. Pick up will be at the farm. We can not ship.
Price is $4.25 per pound hanging weight plus processing costs.
